20 Series CVT

OSCO engineered the Series 20 nozzle system for the Runnerless Molding of small parts. Tip design flexibility, close center-to-center locations and thermocouples located at the gate are trademarks of OSCO systems.

Tip styles include:

ABSOLUTE FLOW: Designed to feed the part or runner with an unrestricted channel and to be used where a small sprue is permissible.

FULL BODY: Designed to be used where a low vestige is required and the nozzle circular mark is allowed.

BODY LESS: To be used where a low vestige is required and the typical circular mark is not allowed.
